@thebigkahuna I know you were going to talk to your doctor about this. I guess he agreed?
@daydreamer, do it the right way, by asking your doctor to reduce the dose and wean you off it slowly.
its ok, its a capsule and its an anti anxiety med so its the only way i can do it really, if i start getting really stressed again i will go back to the doctor.
I disapprove on principle, but I hope it works out for you.
You can try Gabapentin (Neurontin) if you want, that’s the drug Pregabalin (Lyrica) is based on. Gabapentin is good for anxiety, depression, and as a mood stabilizer. Hasn’t made me gain weight.

Was on that before. made me put on weight as well. Gonna try without either.
Gabapinton gives me the munchies from hell…not as bad as seraqual…I hate getting the medicated munchies eating till you feel like popping and then still hungry sucks…
Can you resume taking it if your anxiety symptoms flare up?
Getting withdrawal symptoms from stopping this med.will tough it out though. Gonna stop my theanine and sarcosine as well. Will be a hard few days but I think it will be worth it.
