I have tried really hard to just ignore them but I really can’t. I freak every time and rush around the house checking plugs.
I would say it’s got me anxious but scared seems like a better word

It is a hallucination because the smell follows me if I go out for a walk in the countryside

Sorry to hear that. That’s very unsettling. I’ve had something similar in a bloody underground man. But it also went wen I left the underground. But I asked the underground man if he could smell fire smoke and he was like… No.
