Twice today it has smelled like my flat is on fire. First time burning plastic smell, second time charcoal.
I really thought I had left this stuff behind but apparently not.
I am good at knowing when I smell this stuff that 99.9 out of a hundred will just be a hallucination. However I feel compelled to go round the whole flat inspecting the electrics.
It makes me pretty on edge
That must be scary! I sometimes also imagine I smell something smoky or burning but this fortunately doesn’t happen a lot
Or I’d smell something at random that suddenly reminds me of hospital and my memories of being there come rushing back
I get olfactory stuff with food sometimes. Especially with bread. It smells terrible like its rotting. The kids tell me it smells fine
I get that when unmedicated, I smell gasoline, bread, etc
