I try to avoid giving medical advice, but I would seriously consider talking to your pdoc about upping your doses before you slide further. I used to think something similar when I was deep in psychosis, except it wasnt my ear.

I heard someone mention you were below minimum dose on meds. Is this still the case or did he increase?
They have me on 5mg abilify and 150 mg of seroquel xr
Is the abilify for prolactin reduction?
Sorry, maybe I’m delving a bit too much. I wouldnt think 5mg of abilify would do much in the way of psychosis… I went psychotic on 10. So was just curious. Trust your doc I guess. Hopefully the seroquel will do it.
They’re worried about me developing diabetes with my history of binge eating on seroquel and how it raises blood sugar. Abilify does less so, and they think abilify will help more with my autism stuff. I think the goal is to get me to 10mg and off seroquel

Whoops, I was misremembering. I went psychotic on 5, not 10. I was thinking 20 was minimum when its 10. Sorry about that

Hopefully the doc will raise the Abilify dose soon and your just on Abilify.
Today I can’t stop moving around on Abilify but it’s not Akathisia
