So I have decided to start doing some yoga. I’ve heard such positive things about it and thought why not? I would love to combine exercise with relaxation. Would maybe help my anxiety etc.
So downloaded a book on yoga postures and starting to do warm up postures. Will want to stick with these for a few days and maybe add another few easier postures.
One day and I can feel my leg and back muscles stretching. Wow will take it easy.
My ritual prayers are similar to some yoga postures too and now I’ve started today to concentrate on my breathing it’s helped not only with yoga but also my prayers.
I hope to keep up with these practices. I sincerely hope my avolition problem will not cause me to give up!
Anyone else do yoga? I think @SkinnyMe says she does. If so, how has it helped you?
