I just started back up again as I haven’t in a long time. I’ve lost a good amount of weight and while I need to lose more I also need to tone up and up my metabolism to get over the stall in weight loss I am experiencing. I was wondering if anyone else here does yoga, and if you recommend that once I get good enough if I should try out classes.

I saw on another post that you do online yoga. What does that entail exactly? does that mean you ‘live’ yoga with an instructor where they can see you?
I just follow classes on youtube which is how I used to do it. I hope to eventually do classes in person if I can get back in to it

Yoga with Adriene on youtube is pretty good. She has a good 30 day program that is a playlist that I really like.
Have you tried kundalini yoga yet?
No I’ve only done vinyasa I think

My psychiatrist suggested I get into yoga years back but honestly I’m too fat and drugged up from the meds to do those poses.
