It's 1030 pm. Time to do

Yoga! I do yoga for 20- 35 minutes every night about this time before I go to bed. It relaxes me and helps me to get ready for sleep. It also treats my general degenerative osteoarthritis which is all over my body. It keeps me in good shape too. I don’t know what I would do without it. Really? I would probably be in a wheelchair by now without yoga. In all seriousness.

Very cool. I’ve often thought about yoga just as a way of keeping a bit flexible. I’m not too bad but it would be interesting! Glad you get so much out of it!

@rogueone, Yes, I get a lot out of it. Strength, flexibility, endurance, tone, easing of pain, increased mental acuity, etc… etc…

Well, I just got done practicing 30 minutes of hatha yoga. I feel one thousand times better now, as always. It’s just amazing all that it does for a person.

I’ve been reading your posts about yoga and just put a bunch of yoga DVDs on hold at the library. Maybe it will help me feel better. I like yoga but haven’t done it in a long time

That’s wonderful @friscokid12. I hope this is the start of a wonderful and long relationship between you and yoga. I hope you get into meditation too. That is also a fantastic practice to get into. I do it several times a day.

I also put a qi gong on hold. I think it’s like tai chi
