Starting the walking group tomorrow

At my clinic. It’s two hours of socializing and walking. I can’t walk far because of my back and weight so I’ll probably walk a couple of miles with the group and then turn and walk back by myself.

Yeah great to get out there and try it. Exercise is so good for you so do what you can and it’s always good to socialise.

I’m glad your going to go and try it. I think you’ve a lot to offer the world so it’s good you’ve an avenue to meet other people for sure.
