Started doing isometrics....(exercising)

I am getting tone back in my arms to start with and after that I plan on starting to do yoga more. I’ve got to do something about my weight! I was afraid to drink diet coke anymore and switched to Kool Aid. Last time I weighed I lost 25 pounds but I don’t want to add any more !

I also exercise, and it seems that most people associate exercise with physical health benefits, and that’s true, but there are also mental health benefits.
