I am done with this sz life
I am fed up of this sz life
I have to overcome and will overcome this sz
I want to get married to a beautiful girl and raise our chubby kids and live a happy life
In my mind I think I have defeated sz and I am fresh and new to start a new life
Leave sz behind and march ahead
Instead of brooding over sz it’s time I think differently and progressively
I pray to God that he grants me my wish and I want to take efforts too

Same here, but when Im feeling low sometimes I have to remind myself that I am not weak to take medications to manage symptoms. I have to live a balanced life–I can’t fast/starve like a buddhist. I have to attempt to sleep each night and be who I am or have grown up to know myself as. <3
Saying this prayer to myself or higher power helps me defeat the shadows in my mind.
