Still stable on 2mg of Risperdal.
This has been the lowest dose in years.
Makes me mad that I could have been over medicated all these years.

I’m on 20 mg of Celexa
3 mg Risperdal
240 mg Geodon
150 mg Seroquel and
200 mg Topomax.
I don’t know how stable I am as I have episodic episodes of pretty bad paranoia all the time. Not constantly but periodically. I only hallucinate with stress or sleeplessness. I don’t want any dose increases or med changes.

I have been told that as we get older the positives are supposed to get better
So might have needed that previous dose before
Was something my old pdoc told me
But don’t know if he was trying to make me hopeful or not

@Joker In my experience, the positives don’t get better. People just get better at tolerating them. They might even get worse. You’re just not hospitalized for episodes anymore. They are endured bravely at home. That’s the case for me and others I’ve known anyway.

My current doctor said that the positives from bipolar disorder improve with age but not so with SZ/SZA
I don’t know how accurate that is

I dont want any changes in my meds either.
Max dose Paliperidone
2 mg risperidone and Clomipramine for OCD.
