I saw my pdoc

again this morning. She said that I definitely have sza, bipolar type according to all my history, records, and current presentation.

I told her about my recent, episodic symptoms of delusions, hallucinations, anxiety, anger, altered perceptions, paranoia, thought insertions and thought broadcasting. I told her that I had had my heart set on lowering the dose of the Risperdal Consta depot but knew it wasn’t likely now.

I told her I did not want to return to the old, higher dose of Risperdal Consta. She told me she would put me on 0.5 mg of oral risperidone every night.
In addition to the lower, 25 mg of Consta. I quickly agreed.

In my experience, oral risperidone doesn’t have the same deleterious effects on my piano playing that the depot has.

I pray that this solves the problem.

Well, I took the risperidone last night. I also took 25 mg of CBD gummy. I slept 13 hours last night and woke up feeling wonderful! At this point I don’t know which is responsible. The risperidone or the CBD or both?

I talked to my pdoc this morning and was courteous and lucid to the point of being ridiculous. No meds change, not for a long time. I’m putting up with Latuda because it’s not as bad as others and it’s my last option for mood stabilizer. It is also a very good anti psychotic.

Well, last night I just took the risperidone along with my nighttime Seroquel. I didn’t take any Klonipin or CBD. I fell asleep around 1 a.m. and woke at 630 a.m. I then took my a.m. meds which include Geodon, and that knocked me out for another hour or so.

So, only 6.5 hours of sleep total without CBD. I think I need to take CBD every night. It definitely helps me to sleep.
