SSDI said I don’t need a review to

Stay on Ssdi. They sent me a form to fill out asking if I’ve worked, and requested my records from my doctor. Then they sent me that letter. I’m assuming they’ll do that again in three years if I don’t work, right?

Well they are suppose to review me every three years and it ends up being like every five years.

Honestly who knows? They have a ton of cases to review and the government is very disorganized.

I usually get a review every few years.
Medicaid reviews me every year since they pay my Medicare premiums.
It’s not a big deal.

I’ve had one review, two years ago. I’m distressed about my next review coming around because I no longer see a headache specialist, just a neurologist who is also my pdoc. I have also cut down on how often I see my pain management doctor because I only get injections now- had to get off those meds. I am scared that they will look at this and say, “Hey, she clearly doesn’t need as much help as she once did.”

I’m going through a review right now. I’m ready to appeal if they deny me. They have no reason to deny me though. I’m legitimately disabled.

@Happy_H I would think sz alone would qualify you. Do you still have issues or are you stable on meds?

Good luck @insidemind!!!

Definitely not stable…

Then you really should be fine. If not, I’m sure you’d win in court because you’re sz and not stable which means you’re not better.
