So sorry that happened, but glad you’re safe. That neighborhood doesn’t sound great, have you considered moving? I know its a financial strain but it may be worth it for some peace of mind
We tried to sell our house. When people drove up and saw what was going on across the street, they would just drive away. We couldn’t get one person to come inside the house. So we are stuck here.
If I wasn’t schizophrenic I would have a firearm for things like this.

My husband’s severe pain sometimes makes him suicidal so I don’t want a gun in the house.
