So sleepy. How to break loose?

I’ve been so sleepy today. I slept terribly last night, so all day I’ve been in and out of bed.

I keep getting sluggish and going back to bed to sleep, but I know if will bite me in the ass tonight, because I do have to get up in the morning.

How do I break the cycle?

I’d either try a cup of coffee but not after 6pm to stay awake or have a tiny nap during the day and take a sleeping pill if you need it at night

I’d personally fight through it. Have some caffeine and force myself to stay awake. Go to bed tonight at a reasonable hour, and try my best to sleep til the morning.

I know how sleep issues are, I’ve a bad habit of waking up in the middle of the night and staying up.
