It’s 3:27 am Here and I’m wide wake. Anyone else struggles with sleep?
I’m wide awake. 2.30 am here
I usually sleep in the mornings and wake up in the afternoon.
It’ll be a problem if I ever get a job or go back to school, for sure.
I feel ya.
I sometimes do but lately I have been doing ok.
Normally I don’t struggle with sleep. But I have been applying for jobs and the stress has gotten to me in the last couple of days. I really need to chill more.
I put the chillmix on of Apple music. Maybe that will help to relax.
I’ve been having a hard time sleeping lately. I’m really tired today
I hope you get some good sleep soon. I eventually fell asleep at 5 am and woke up at 12 pm.
For a long time I was having an issue with falling asleep too early in the day and then being up half the night. I then tried caffeine pills and was having an issue with them keeping me up too late at night. I think that I have mostly found the right balance now. I take caffeine pills to keep me up early in the day but stop taking them around 5pm and then I usually get tired at the appropriate time. So, my sleep schedule has been much better lately.
Yes it’s so stressful when I like to sleep and can’t switch to dreamland. I found ways to cope. Like communicating on the internet.
I never take naps unless I’m sick. I’m not sure why I can’t sleep. I also don’t use caffeine throughout the day, just coffee right when I wake up
Try listen to an audiobook - you’ll fall right to sleep, just don’t forget to set the sleep timer
I’ve had insane insomnia for almost 6 months.
I can’t sleep at all so I have to take 1.5mg of clonazepam every night before bed so I can sleep.
I was struggling with insomnia last week. I started taking melatonin pills. It has helped immensely. They’re over the counter and can be found at most pharmacies.
Same here. I toss and turn. I feel the best thing to do is not fight it. Just wake up and do something then try again in an hour or when you’re ready. Hope that helps.
My sleep is all over the place. 1:20 am and I’m up.
I woke up at 4am a half hour ago.
The invega makes me wake up constantly throughout the night
I tried several sleeping pills.
Holy carp, they made things a whole lot worse.
My ability to fight back against the voices was now reduced to zero.
But then I found SleepMD.
Peace at last.
