Been on just less than 2000 calories these last 3 days.

Been ok so far. Kinda been stressed with other stuff so haven’t been feeling too hungry anyways. Will weigh myself next week.

I jined slimming world. I’m doing there diet. Weight in tomorrow.
I knew a guy who lost 110 lbs on the slimming world diet.

I put my headphones on and listen to tunes so I can walk by myself in my own world (with regular checks for traffic, naturally).
The sweets always get me. I’m losing a little bit of weight by not eating red meat.i had do eat that because of cholesterol.i wish you the best jimbob
I feel like I gain some weight again, I feel so hungry this past few days. What’s your secret to avoid eating too much?
I just recently had to stop my diet, because I was getting too tired and cranky. I just need to accept that my body is not the same as it was in high school, and as long as it’s in a healthy weight range, that’s good enough.

I agree sweets is so difficult to cut down on.
I have a massive sweet tooth.
Just not buying those things so you do not have them at home.
I lived by myself a long time and was in lite n easy for couple of months and loved it but it is so expensive.
So much thoughtfulness though and delicious and you even get sweets like a muffin …
My boyfriend has a lock box in the freezer where he puts all sweets and licks them in the box so that I can not eat them.
He also hid my Swedish lollies.
I actually lost a bit of weight that way but then I ate half a loaf of bread with heaps of butter on it and binge on things like that.
Wishing you well on your diet but don’t be too strict on your self cause that could make you unwell.
Can you meet with a dietitian?
Drink water right before every meal. As much as you can get in. Then wait 3 - 5 minutes. Do the same before every snack. Hard to overeat when you start with a full stomach.
