I try not to be political, but it seems to me that the world is changing rapidly: the war in Ukraine, high inflation, coronavirus, people leaving Russia to neighboring countries such as Finland, and so on. The world is changing so rapidly. Let’s not make this political. Just wondering where we will be in Sept 2023.
I don’t know, but I think we were promised flying cars by this point.
I don’t worry about the things I can’t do anything about. Stress management is key to stability with this illness. I also try not to think about flying cars as I’m mad about not having mine yet, too.

Now there were those Nord Stream gas pipeline explosions, so many things are happening. I have watched some YouTube videos of one Russian Niki who lived in Saint Petersburg. Now he has left
Russia and traveled to Istanbul Turkey. The world is changing so rapidly.
These are scary times for sure. I’ve been so stressed that I started crying when my manager asked me if I’m OK the other day 
The only thing i think about this morning is how good my morning breakfast wrap and coffee will taste 
I dont watch the news. Its nothing but depressing. Unwanted stress that i dont need.
Exciting stuff is happening too, apparently the ozonlayer is back to normal in 2060. The changes we make are working.
I stopped watching the news this year.
I stopped watching the news many years ago after I felt physically attacked by the news presenters.
Then I started watching again but this time felt the news presenters had bad vibes and felt stuck up and uptight.
I see news on Facebook or a little anyway.
There has always been a lot happening in the world in a way.

I prefer spending money on taking care of everyone and thing.
