I am scared to be killed from someone
Paranoid thinking say I am followed from intelligence agencies
And I could be killed by one of them
I sometime fear this thinking could be right ???:cry::cry::cry::cry::cry::cry:

I had that kind of fearful thinking. I exercised my courage.

I do not think an intelligence agency would want to harm you in any way. You are not being followed by an intelligence agency unless you are some sort of spy or you have government information. If you think you are a spy or that you have classified info it is a delusion. Do not have fear and when you find yourself feeding the delusion you have remind your self that it is not real and just a symptom.
