So much fatigue this morning

I get it a lot. I take all the right supplements,
and I rarely get sick,
but could barely sit up in bed to get up for the day.

now I’m just trying to keep my body upright in my office chair, at my desk.

my friend wonders if I have Chronic Fatigue Syndrome.
idk. a lot of times I’m up in the middle of the night too.

hmm, can’t win. and definitely don’t want another pill.

Yes it’s tough, fighting a war you can’t win. I feel mush mush in my head. I ask myself is it worth it ? I got my mental health back. I found peace since I quit my job. My fight for sanity is over.

I’m not sure what supplements you’re taking but it might be beneficial for you to look into these; potassium, magnesium, zinc, iron, calcium, vitamin B, vitamin A, vitamin D and vitamin C.

Sometimes these get depleted and it can cause an imbalance. Your slender and might not be getting all you need from you diet, I’m not sure. I think I get a lot from food, but there are still some areas where I need to supplement because the quality of my diet falls down.

thanks. I try not to overdo the supplements,
but I’m getting some of those you listed.

I’ll be alright. there are many things laid out
thru Havana Syndrome that are causing this.

yeah, I hear ya about the diet, and I hope my smoothies
don’t fall off, since it’s getting colder.

Sometimes it’s hard to want a smoothie when you’re facing a chilly morning. But you could think of your smoothie as a dessert possibly and enjoy it in the evening after dinner and cuddle up with it on the sofa.
