So I just finished reading 'Clan of the cavebear' for the 10th time

What books do you guys feel that way about?

I still read Catch 22 to this day and some passages in that I’m laughing out loud. It’s just so funny but then other passages I’m almost crying. Amazing work but Clan of the Cavebear is now on my read list. It must be good!

It’s really well written!
And the way the author describes things, it’s like I can smell the plants and feel the wind in my hair

Well, ten more times til you get it right.

I love Clan of the Cavebear.

I think I have read Magician 4 or so times in 20 years. That’s the most I have read one book.

Do you find that when you read it again you see a new meaning to what’s written and a new interpretation

Dirk Gently’s Holistic Detective Agency. I have read it maybe a dozen times and every time I notice some new hidden clue.

Yeah, I discover new things each time, and my interpretation changes slightly as the years go by

I’ve read that series often.

These ones by David Sedaris:

Me Talk Pretty One Day
Naked
Dress Your Family in Corduroy and Denim.

I haven’t read them in years, but I used to re-read them so much I could probably recite them now anyway.
