they say we are here to torture you becoz you read certain things on the internet !!!

True, but you are the only one to confirm it’s false.
It’s very difficult to change it these thoughts.
At the most you do realise it to place these things in Unusual beliefs category.
Hence you do know it but, still struggling to accept it as false.
That’s one of a huge leap to realisation of what is real 
To your bravery.
Do let the pdoc know, they may vary the meds.
What I do is after consuming new meds I wait for a week or so to have it’s complete result still not fine then I would take an appointment!

A lot of people on the forum face doubt on their diagnosis. I think it’s actually more common than not. We’ve done polls on it before. Just know that you aren’t alone in feeling like this. I’m sorry your voices are telling you this.

If a hallucination tells you you’re not hallucinating, it’s wrong.

Oh yes I understand how hard it Can be to Hear those voices. Year I understand your lifesituation in regards your doubt about your State of mind.
