So forcing myself to avoid coffee after midday

I have been drinking too much coffee. Especially at like midnight. Yet I still question why I have insomnia.

So from now on only tea after midday

But honestly not a bad shout. My cbt therapist told me to stop coffee after 1pm

I gave up coffee completely. The withdrawals were tough for about 2 weeks.

But I feel less symptomatic and a bit more functional.

Also I’m waking up early and feeling refreshed.

I am trying to reduce coffee, it makes me irritable like today with my parents. I had 3 big cups today, usually 2 cups max.

I drink decaf coffee. Sometimes they have a mild amount of caffeine. What I can’t quit is starbucks frappe. :blush:

I go through cycles in my coffee consumption. Right now I’m not drinking much at all.

I don’t feel well when I drink coffee.

Drinking less coffee doesnt better my sleep so i just go coffee

I do the same thing. It makes a lot of difference.

Amazing how everyone reacts differently. I can drink coffee before sleeping. <3
