What dose of your antipsychotic are you on (low/medium/high)

I was like that on a low dose of my antipsychotic and my good days increased when I went on a medium dose.

Quite a low dose 350mg every 4 weeks

Maybe ask them to try out a medium dose? It might help.

I hope you feel better.

Ive been on high doses doesn’t help with suicidal thoughts

I feel like my life is a facade a veil of pretending to be ok and not really alive, honestly

You can open up and vent on here, and then you will feel better.

If you feel like you need to be in the hospital, you should go. Anyone can quickly go from thoughts to actions, so you need to be somewhere safe. Please get help.

If you start to feel worse go to the hospital. You need to talk to someone so they can help. I’m trying to keep things together here myself. I have phone numbers ready. Get to feeling better. Hugs

If you are feeling suicidal or having a mental health crisis, please tell someone — a friend or family member, a teacher, a doctor or therapist or call 911 (if you’re in the U.S.) or the Emergency Medical Services phone number in your country.

You can also call a crisis intervention hotline—these are available in the U.S. and in many other countries. You do not need to be actively suicidal to benefit from a crisis hotline.
