I’m trying to keep the house quiet because my husband has been sick the last few days. He needs rest. Right now I’m doing laundry and watching tv but I feel bored and restless
Do you get more ‘lively’ with a reduced diet and increasing your exercise?
I noticed it I have junk food I’ll chill out. But I tend to get agitated when I’m on an empty stomach or have been eating healthy.
It’s Like an endless energy thing for me.
I hadn’t really thought about it. I think my energy has a lot to do with whatever AP I’m taking though
I am also so bored. It is midnight, should be resting but it is not easy since my sleep pattern is weird.

Same for me, its why I stopped my diet.
I used to have hobbies. I stopped playing piano, I don’t do artsy stuff anymore. I don’t have interest in those things anymore. I just come on here and watch tv and exercise
