Bought the Withings Sleep Analyser mat a few days ago and it diagnosed severe sleep apnea and snoring when I sleep. So put a chiropractic wedge cushion under my pillow for the past two nights and apnea is now showing as moderate and snoring is about half of previous. Mood, energy and well-being are way better today after two moderately good nights sleep.
Going to try taping my mouth shut tonight to prevent snoring, a known anti-snoring hack.
