Smoothie for weight down

I started making smoothie of parsley, celery, garlic, pepper, cinnamon, lemon, apples. Not all at once but some combinations. And I only drink tea.

I hope this stupid weight will be reduced.

A good smoothie to start with is banana, whatever milk you like, some spinach, maybe some berries and protein powder. You can add instant oats or yogurt as well to thicken it.

Well, make a smoothie how you want but remember they have a lot of calories and are meant to replace a meal.

I agree with @anon4362788. They can get high calorie. I use low calorie protein powder and a type of plain coconut milk that only has 30 calories per cup. My shakes come to about 240 calories
