I’m smartphone addicted. Wish I could stop it.

I’m the same. But there’s nothing else to do.

I’m far from addicted to my smartphone, I hate the thing for browsing the internet, I can’t stand the small screen and typing on the screen.

However I am addicted to my computer, I love a normal sized keyboard and a big 27" monitor. I spend way to much time on my computer.

It is designed to addict with all the notifications you get tricking you into looking.

Facebook tried it with me, but after awhile it has stopped pestering me as much. I switched off notifications for a start and deliberately not looking when it pinged a notification.

Im addicted too. What a life.

The notifications didn’t cause addiction in me, they annoyed the hell out of me, my phone constantly dinging. I turned off all auditory notifications.

I guess I am just different, smart phones are useful for some things, but I am most definitely not addicted to them and I find a lot of things about them annoying.

I agree. I much prefer my pc. Stupid itty bitty screen and itty bitty touchscreen buttons anyway.

I’m addicted to my smartphone as well.
It also helps me get organized with my meds and other things.

I’m not really smartphone addicted. I just have a very portable camera that happens to be useful in other areas of my life. I do like how it can be placed between your face and that of someone trying to talk to you to rudely signal disinterest in them. Hard to do with a regular camera.
