After a lot of trying I actually got a good jog in today. Hit 2 km’s but stopped to do some steps half way through. Still. Consistently jogging for 1km is pretty bloody good in my book! I’m getting there slowly!
You really need to celebrate these little victories because they really are hard to come by. Tomorrow I hope to jog consistently a little bit more!
I don’t know if you were ever into running long distance, but runners high is the best feeling in the world! You feel as light as a feather. I might start running again after being an athlete in high school then hurting both my knees.
That’s awesome! I know how hard it is. I tend to go up and down in weight. I do good and then I don’t. It’s so hard to do things like jogging but it feels so good to have done it.
