Can I ask how long you jogged for? And which ap you’re on?

I’m on Haldol 10 mg, and I increased my jogging from 6 minutes to 8. I’m extremely out of shape so for me, that’s really hard. @poiuytrewq

Good for you. I’m doing a half hour jog which is roughly 4 km’s a day. Really enjoying it and it’s a pretty safe neighborhood. It’s taken a long time to build up to that but it’s so worth it. Keep going.

Way to inspire us Pianogal! I havent run in years. Just found out a close friend of mine passed away. I have downloaded a running app to track my progress. Now all i gotta do is motivate myself to take first steps out door.

To help with motivation I’m drinking coffee before I start to work out. It gives me the energy I need. Plus, most days I have a bowl of old fashioned oats before I exercise. It helps. Good luck!!! :slight_smile:
