Have u ever experience psychosis triggred by insomnia… my insomnia gave me Schizophrenia…i still regret…before seroquel and rispridal i was just like u …sleeping for 3 to 4 hours… i cant remember those nightmare…keep praying and u are always in prayer …!!

It’s a problem with my sleep cycle, there’s no cure. I only ever reach stage 1 and 2 of sleep, never deep sleep stage 3 or 4(REM).
Try drinking warm milk before sleep… i do this daily…lifes a bitch…
I’ve done banana tea and that helped a sometimes if I’m already a little tired.

It depends, either my husband comes or my clinician takes me. I can’t drive and it’s really far away on the bus, so I can’t really go alone.

There are lots of nepali people in texas… oregon is also a great place to live in…!!! My brother is in atlanta now… i planned to visit us before sZ… i am stuck here in nepal… i love U.S very much…its my fav destination…

Yes he said it … i was super insomniac when i was teenager …it gave rise to psychosis… i never had a voice hallucination and delusion… so i wasnt diagnosed on time…i was always against the pills and psychatry… i never took medicine on time…lifes a bitch…now i am szphernic…
