For some reason I had sudden urge to cut so I punched wall a few times lightly then went downstairs and put ice against my arm. Ahhhh. Relief. Voice of Alien: you psychotic btch no I’m not you assh…! Ash no ok better stop or else I’d muddle. Cuddle with hubby but his muscles sore again. Seizures mess them up thanks for being there for me guys I hope I will be okaay slight glitch bith I’m am ok
