My dad was like that. he could sleep all the weekend. They talk in my family that some grand father still form my father’s side was like that too. He could sleep for 24 hours. so ive inherited this lol…
Ive always thought that the most of the schizophrenics have troubles sleeping, my ill friend is like that. She can afford to not sleep some nights and just partying. Me, i am always tired, i feel this low energy in my body and in my soul and was wondering who else like this?
like i said, i thought psychosis is more related with insomnia but gosh, ive slept this night again for 20 hours wow…

Geodon & Wellbutrin have improved my motivation tremendously, I’m doing so many more things now that I felt I wasn’t capable of doing before

Feeling drowsy during the course of anti-psychotic treatment is quite common.
I take a medication called Concerta, which I find very helpful at boosting my concentration, energy, and motivation.

No, I was meaning that in my illness I always lack an energy. My dad slept a lot too, me too I do it. And I thought its more common in sz to be more ‘‘up’’ un a way, agitated and more dynamic when you have a crisis… My ill friend she doesn’t sleep at all when she has her crisises and even when she s fine she parties hard also while me, I cant do it… often I feel heavy with my inner sensations in my body…
