Im on abilify and this med doesnt let me sleep. So i take a bit seroquel for it. But when that has depleted. Im early awake like i have slept 7 hours. I want more than that. I did noticed that if i masturbate i fall again in sleep. But i dont want to masturbate everyday or should i do it

I could hardly get an erection on abilify
If it puts you to sleep I don’t see why u should stop
