I distinctly remember back in the past when I was learning that my world was this big schizo dimension. That’s not the proper terminology, but I think we know what I’m saying.
The rules were mind reading, mind control, and telepathic torture.
I remember having to decide to learn how to do it back to people as far as mind reading, mind control, and mind torture.
Any way that was all fake, but to this day as I dismantle all of these sci fi beliefs in my head…

Yeah, you read that right.
So I have to retrain my vision and my hearing as well, and so far so good.
In psychosis I believed that hospital and the mental health system was “brain training”. I had to think of creative ways to battle people in order to mentally protect my clients.
I remember my stay in the psych ward as being a series of high-level tests to prove that I was worthy of my abilities. Also imagined the resident nurses as being reincarnations of egyptian gods like Ra and Anubis.
