Should I stop my antidepressant?

My pdoc lets me to anything with my meds, especially with an antidepressant. Currently on trintellix and I feel exhausted, dizzy nauseous (threw up on my room recently). The only positive effect it has that it lowers my anxiety

I don’t think anyone here is qualified to give medical advice. From my doctor’s comment, ap can act as an antidepressant as well

Sounds like u have pretty severe side effects. If you plan on adjusting your meds on your own be sure to taper in general. Also mention to your doc, ofc.

Cos i had hypomania and mixed episodes.

Since we quit antidepressant, I don’t feel depression yet. But nor excitement.
Antidepressants make me excited and euphoric

I voted “quit it” because the side effects sound bad. But run your decision by the doctor first. And ask for a safer anti-anxiety med.
