So im on 72nd day of trintellix, It was really good at first, just experienced nausea, diarrhea, exhaustion, lethargy and dizziness. Most of them passed away and the most troublesome side effects is that I dont get rested at night (shortened REM sleep). I take like 3 naps a day to comensate for the stinulation. I am planning to stop it (will talk eith my pdoc) and will ask to get prescribed trazadone or mirtazapine, any experiences with them?
