On Friday I lost time
I took a 5mg diazepam when normally I take 2mg
Around the middle of the day I completely blanked out for an hour
Could this be the diazepam? Could it be the AD I quit?
Really don’t want to talk to them but this is new and not sure 100% what the cause was

I keep thinking if it’s the diazepam I can use it to check out when I am having a shitty day

I would speak to them yeah

unaliving myself?
You shouldn’t unalive yourself you should tell your doctor and if you are seriously thinking of unaliving yourself you should go to the hospital

I mean that if I do this it might be good to cut off my consciousness
Might help me dissociate

Hi @Joker I take a Xanax and a Haldol (prescribed prn) when I just need to survive the day because of symptoms. It knocks my brain out.
I understand the feeling and experience. I am sorry you’re struggling. Best wishes.
Oh and I think you should talk to your Mh team if at all possible.

Speak to them mate. Its ok to say you accidentally took a little more than usual. They’ll best advise on the next step. Cant hurt to let them know.

I don’t think there’s anything wrong with collecting as much data as you can to help with decisions. Speaking with them is just a rational choice in my books.

I think you should talk to your MH team. If nothing else, you can tell them that you accidentally took too much valium, but then they might think you’re abusing it, so maybe better not tell them that. I WOULD tell them that you’re feeling like checking out mentally, and that’s not typical for you.

I lose periods of time. It’s important to tell those in charge of both your physical and mental health.
Don’t check out! That’s not a good solution. Things can and do get better

They did not seem too worried
The doctor is going to contact after Easter
I talked a bit on cutting down clozapine as that’s another drug that did not live up to its promises
Makes me feel down

I like this album. It speaks to me. More than anything else. Maybe I am a few years behind Chester
