I need your help, dears 
Now I pay some efforts when I can, I think its what I need too. But I still have my fears outside. Its like I am suffocating by fear, my heart is a bit like squezzed too because of the anxiety. Maybe I have my ‘‘bad’’ thoughts who cause all this… I am on 7,5 mg of Zyprexa, but maybe ill be relieved if I try 10 mg now? what do you think? I have really hard times when interacting socially, but I am not sure the Zyprexa will help me.
Some people get relieved from their anxiety by the Zyprexa, but some not cause its not a typical anxyolitic, idk. but what will lose if I just try to raise?

i forgot if you are seeing a doctor or not. i can’t remember, but if you are try to get a doctor’s opinion first. i mean no offense its just if you raise without permission i have heard of doctors discharging patients for doing that. i don’t want you to have to go without meds or a doctor for weeks because you have to wait for an opening at a new doctor’s office
Go for 10mg zyprexa …!!! I am on 3 mg rispridal… if u want to change then change…!!!

Does anybody had suffocating by fear and paranoia? well, I am in this state, yeah, but whatever, I guess I made some mistakes - isolating etc etc…
10mg is the target dose. You should be on that already.

Ok, I know ever, thanks But do you think that Zyprexa can help my anxiety? I was on 10 mg in the past, but I think I was convincing myself that I was bad on such a dose. Maybe I was just wrong.

I was just curious if you tried antidepressants? Some of them are good for anxiety and you often said you feel depressed.
The antidepressants lift my fears, finally… and there are some other strange things that happen with me on them…
I took 10 mg of zyp yesterday… In my illness I am always sleepy, my brain is like sleepy even though that I cogitate as hell sometimes… Maybe the path is to awaken a bit my brain? My doc was saying that Zyprexa has an antidepressant effect too.
In fact, I just fight the feeling that I am one numb and dumb girl…
