Im not sure how many users are online right now I had my first episode in March and have been put on Invega since. I have been feeling so unstable today and have random thoughts and think I’ve been poisoned when I went into psychosis no matter what I do i feel sick in the head its 2 in the morning and the hospital is about 5 minutes away do you think I should go to the hospital and talk to a doctor or just take some sleeping pills and go see a doctor tomorrow? Am I being too naive thinking of going to the hospital or would you do the same thing if you had a super weird day?
Personally I would just try to talk to your doctor tomorrow. It just depends on how bad you feel.
Thank you @anon6551389
Sz for me is pretty much akin to surfing. You ride out the bad times and you enjoy the good. We are all different how we handle it but if you’ve been doing it awhile you’ll get an idea of what your symptoms are like. You learn what makes you worse or helps and you learn when you really need help.
It’s up to you but if you can make it to morning it’s probably a good thing if you can get some sleep. Sleep is so good for resetting the brain and giving you a different perspective…
Even then. These days you need to let your doctor know what your going through…keep on your treatment and keep stress low…
Thanks @rogueone I think I’ll just get some sleep and try my best to take it easy
How are you feeling atm?
I’m feeling much better after drinking a glass of milk and turning off the lights and going to my bed. I think I had some sort of an anxiety attack @anon51377248 . I will definitely share my experience with my doctor. It was weird I think I might have had relapsed if I wasn’t on meds.
Yea try to see your pdoc ASAP in case it happens again…
Glad you’re feeling better
take your sleep pill
it is not thing that will go away easily
i am on the 11 year of my illness
by time you ll get used to it will never seek help from anyone or you may need who know
