Have you tried a light box? I believe they sell them on Amazon, I’d provide a link, but my Amazon links have my personal info on them.

I am worried about the months January - February the most.
I am still doing things right now and making a lot of plans. Planning things is helping me so much to not worry about the negatives.
Maybe you can buy a desk calendar and make a planner for yourself for every day till Christmas.
Setting small goals for yourself might help you.
Monday - walk 10 thousand steps
Tuesday - make potato puree from scratch
Wednesday - watch comedy on Netflix
Thursday - go somewhere to do something, maybe to a mall etc
Friday - see family or drive somewhere, if you can go to the gym it is a very big plus.
This is helping me a lot. Creating things to do for myself to keep busy.
