Some one tell me to chill out! Flaming voices and paranoia are creeping back - cos im due me Xeplion depot. Phoned the CMHT - but No! ive gotta wait till this thursday.
Gets on my wick - i always go down hill in the last week of the month. They tell me to take my Quetiapine - but who the bloody hell wants to be tired all day and end up in bed off em? I would get nothing done.

I dont normally - i put up with it usually, then of course im usually a bit of an arsehole to be around lol.
