A very important article about “The shaman’s initiation” that comes as a result of a mental illness. It is written from a first hand experience and based on research facts -

I read that jesus was actually horribly ugly.

Not a handsome white guy at all.

If that book be true it states “he was nothing that people would desire.” That means ugly as a mule to people.

that dude IS horribly ugly, lol

I saw a shaman online feeding the dark beings the torture, blood, and death of a chicken.

And i read about the ancients doing things like killing 70,000 people in just days on the those pyramids.

yeah, gonna have to go with ■■■■ shamanism on this one.

they really got it going back then lol, instead, today we kill people over money and such. nothing has ever really changed. world is run by black magick.

I’m willing to listen to or read anyone… but do so with enough awareness of potential agendas and manipulations to “take the best and leave the rest.” I got useful stuff out of est, NBI, Silva Mind Control, Ekankar, church Buddhism, Gurdjieff work and even Scientology years ago. But I’d read enough Robert Lifton, Eric Hoffer and Magaret Thaler-Singer to be able to recognize when the snow job was underway. More recently, I’ve read Michael Langone, Erik Galanter, Joel Kramer & Diana Alstad, Steve Hassan and others, as well as the great Daniel Goleman, Arthur Deikman and Charles Tart. They all helped me separate the chicken s##t from the chicken salad.

Is that your point?

We exist in Cult-ure, the entire thing is a Cult.

i’ve done a lot of reading & researching as well, & have my own experiences. i have what i could write as my own synopsis of the truth - But it would be my truth - no one else’s - & this World is vast, it’s subjects are vast - you can’t possibly look into everything, nor study everything. That we know nothing i think becomes apt.

i have over 600 of what i’d consider to be intelligent books, over 1,000 on the Amazon wish list - have spent thousands of hours in research - have discussed with & met more people that claim to be enlightened & spiritual teachers. i know i’ve barely scratched the surface.

i become more & more dubious of all of it. i’m currently reading/studying the Hermetica & the Kybalion, as well as some medieval Christian Mystics, with an ongoing cross reference to World Mythology, comparative religion, depth psychology & various other areas. Words, theories, ideas, concepts - it all loses it’s meanings, it fades into endless insubstantial forms - this is a shadow World.

One will find all the evidence one needs to believe however one wishes. I feel pretty good most of the time. How do you feel?

i’d wager that there is what we could say is an objective truth.

How i feel has a lot to do with my condition & circumstances. i don’t think it has a bearing on this discussion - there are plenty of happy fools, & good luck to them all.

Apo- a recurring theme of your posts across multiple forums appears to be thinking that people are generally stupid. You are very disparaging about your fellow human beings.
Could it be a chronic manic streak that has you thinking you are a superior being, removed from what you see as the unintelligent masses?
