Self help without therapy

What helps me is, instead of telling myself i am gona make it, i give myself reasons and condition myself to really believe that.

Instead of saying : i am going to make it
I say : i am going to make it because i am a powerful person which made it in before and what im going through now is only going to make me stronger since i experienced something similar last year and i did manage

This is an example, a general one, you can say as much as its needed and can apply it to your situation. The bold words are very important because they make the statment more powerful, deep and belivable

I am gonna fall asleep within one hour because… It is about time that I fall asleep and the coffee should be wearing off now. I really should get sleep that’s why I made this statement. As I’m wrkn 6 days this week.

Words can be and are powerful.
Reframing thoughts can really make a difference.

This is more like a private thing but if it works it works .

I hope it works for psysical stuff too, you can always personalized and use it more then 2 a week for something you really want to change.

Its like reverse therapy and it reaches a more deeper level inside your mind
