I met my new therapist

She said I should change my sleeping pattern. She also suggested that I cook 1 meal for dinner a week. She said your brain is like a muscle, and if you keep making yourself do things it will get easier. She is a behavioral therapist. She is going to give me homework assignments. I’m worried I won’t be able to do everything she says, but I am going to give it a try. What do you think? I get stressed out and don’t feel like doing things. I plan on making myself.

Sounds good. Try to do what they suggest and keep working the old brain. I think it’s a wise policy so keep up with it.

Yeah, work with her. I used to have a therapist who was very pro-active too and gave me homework assignments.
