I hate making myself uncomfortable I hate it how can I force myself to do things? How can I not stress and freak out when Im a little bit uncomfortable?

Well IDK about anyone else but for me once I start a project I usually like but have little motivation for it once I start I tend to enjoy it
I was in your shoes in the past so I do really understand the struggles against avolation and an hedonism. I’ll advice you to do only the things you are good at and like. Yes I understand you struggle as I’ve been where you are in the past.
It doesn’t get rid of the negatives, just helps you cope with them better.
Pick some really simple stuff to do. Like whatever you think is easiest and do 1 of those things.
You have to show yourself you can do things. Then as you build confidence and exposure you can try more things that may stress you a bit. Then you can tolerate stressors more.
Get confortable being uncomfortable. Little by little. It’s all about attitude and thought patterns. Illness won’t go away, but you can see the world in different (better) colors.
For starters, learn to love yourself, respect yourself and then take it from there.
I used to lay in bed all day and night watching the sun go past me when I’d awake once in a while for a few years…pay attention to brushing your teeth and at least a weekly shower…you will start to feel better about yourself…you lack having much hope right now it seems…a person needs hope…it could be a flower, a sunset…anything that gives you hope…it will eventually grow and blossom…I would tell your pdoc about this lack of will power…good luck…it’s not easy. I know.
