I remember going on rants like these, especially when under a great deal of stress.
In calmer times, as long as the negative symptoms (the lack of will, low emotions) aren’t holding sway, it can be channeled into other things.
I hope this isn’t too personal, but you have a natural feel for poetry, I like the movement in it, like dance. It has a rhythm, as though the writing of the words has more than two dimensions, not just text on a screen, but is kinesthetic as well. There are a lot of strengths to non-linearity, because that’s what creativity is. Under stress, though, it’s easy to lose whatever can help you anchor yourself, no ballast, I remember spinning out further and further into the void, as I think you are now.
I think you might like Theodore Roethke’s poems (he was one of us). Maybe they can be helpful in some way, too.
