The funny thing is that his parents last name is Smith. Igor legally changed his last name to honor his first and only girlfriend. Don’t get me started on why he changed his middle name to putang.

Hey, you can never go wrong with two vaginas, correct? By the way his nickname in high school was vulva. True story.

Hmmm, if they got it on, would it be considered a threesome?

This is interesting @Opus . I know I am bumping this from ages ago but does anyone (@firemonkey ? @twinklestars? ) have any update on this ? Reading the study it would appear …

ā€œThey looked for compounds released by the neurons and identified an
endocannabinoid called 2-arachidonoylglycerol, which binds to the
cannabinoid CB2 receptor on dopamine neurons. Endocannabinoids are
natural signaling molecules that activate cannabinoid receptors in the
brain.
While the CB1 receptor is associated with reward and binds THC, the
active compound in marijuana, the CB2 receptor previously had been
linked primarily to immune function.
The Vanderbilt study defines a new role for CB2 – modulating
dopamine signaling in the striatum, Conn said. This provides a mechanism
by which the M4 PAM can relieve psychotic symptoms without causing
adverse cognitive effects in other parts of the brain, he said.ā€

Is this part of the CBT AP trials …or is it possibly related to immune issues - ie anti inflammatory and some meds for MS and auto immune diseases that may be relevant ?
Any updates on this …or leads …I am happy to dig further if anyone can suggest avenues .

ill be dead in that time from either a heart attack searching for a cure or some accident :s

i hope so
but no sunshine on the horizon :disappointed_relieved:

Vanderbilt does a lot of schizophrenia research, and in the last month or so they made an agreement with Lundbeck (I think?) to develop their muscarinic drug candidate.

The CBD trials are still progressing. I think there’s one in the US and one in Europe.

I’ve really lost faith in CBD. I thought it was too good to be true.
