my mother in law and partner watched a scary movies today and they made me feel bad for not spending time with them so I sat in the living room. they started watching a scary movie called open grave. it was a movie about zombies. I hate zomebie movies, they make me so paranoid. I start thinking zombies can really happen and every little cold leads me one step closer to getting it.

maybe remember that there is a film crew…cameras…actors…makeup artists…grips…catering truck 
…all behind the scenes…

Zombies will never happen that’s not how our bodies work.

I can tell myself that but at the same time my brain goes into over drive when I get stuck watching those kinds of movies. I kept telling them it was a zombie movie but they didn’t listen till the very end.

I would avoid watching those kind of movies if they really bother you that much. I like funny movies myself.

I saw a movie about zombie Nazis a few years ago called “Dead Snow.” I was slightly traumatized by it. The most over-the-top, excessive gore I’ve ever seen. Stay far far away from that movie.
If you think about it, how everyone is brainwashed and robotic, except for the small percentage like myself and others on this forum… aren’t we suffering because “they” want our brains… they want to brain wash us and control us. They wanna eat our brains. They’re the walking dead. Zombies are real!
I’m going to dream of shooting zombies in the face.
