I love cheese. Gooey soft cheese, hard aged cheeses, flavorful goat and sheep cheeses, moldy cheeses, herbed cheeses, that red dragon stuff with the mustard seeds. Pickles are good too. When I was a kid I used to drink pickle juice much to my mother’s chagrin. I still don’t see what’s wrong with it.
So yeah, cheese. A really good one is better than sex.
I’m a big fan of all kinds of Cheese.
One of my favorites is Blue Cheese.
My least favorite is probably Swiss but I still like it.
I love Grilled Cheese Sandwiches!

There is a cheese shop over in Sonoma where you can find a boat-load of every kind of cheese available, made on site.
One of my favorites was a ‘chocolate cheese’. Different, but yum.

I just ate an entire wheel of goat brie because it was best by Feb 18. Nothing wrong with it, for the record.
